Ms. Marianne Holme is a chemical engineer and has specialised in IP-rights relating to especially medical devices – and she is known to be one of the few IP specialist on medical devices in Denmark having a hands-on background. She participates in oppositions and appeal procedures, and negotiates agreements to settle disputes.
Ms. Annelise Holme is a chemical engineer and has specialised in patent oppositions and appeals both before the European patent Office and the Danish Patent Office and has acted as an Expert Judge in the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court, and as technical expert in Patent litigation.
