Filings in Delaware

The United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the State of Delaware’s Court of Chancery continue to see an increase in intellectual property filings because of the courts’ ability to handle complex, accelerated matters. Several Young Conaway attorneys have served as law clerks or interns and have gained an in-depth knowledge of the state and federal judiciary. Experienced Litigators From Start To Finish

Young Conaway’s litigators can handle every stage of the litigation, from Markman hearings to motions for summary judgment, trials and appeals. Several of Young Conaway’s attorneys also have experience before the USPTO in both traditional ex parte and adversarial proceedings.
