This multidisciplinary firm brings together European and Polish patent and trademark attorneys, attorneys-at-law, and advocates. POLSERVICE is organized into four specialized teams:
- Patent Team I, focusing on inventions and utility models in mechanics, mechatronics, civil and environmental engineering, materials and chemical engineering, and construction.
- Patent Team II, specializing in chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy, electronics, IT, and new plant varieties.
- Trademark and Legal Team, handling trademarks, designs, trade names, geographical indications, domain names, unfair competition, anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting efforts, as well as litigation, legal opinions, agreements, and broader legal aspects of IP.
- Annuities Team, managing patent annuity payments, patent translations, and general IP protection queries.
