Our trademark working group has an experienced and profound know-how in conducting searches and advising on registrability, filing and prosecuting national, international or European trademark applications, maintaining registrations and helping in the management of the client’s portfolio and contractual issues, providing watch services, as well as representing and assisting clients in trademark enforcement and litigation matters, and anti-counterfeiting measures.

The firm has also a patent department with patent attorneys and engineers which represents and provides services to clients primarily before the Portuguese Patent Office, the European Patent Office and World Intellectual Property Organization.
