David Molnia

David Molnia has been active in intellectual property since 1994 and is co-founder and partner of df-mp. Mr. Molnia is qualified both in Germany and Europe as well as in the United States. A primary focus of his practice is on opposition and litigation of German and European patents, in particular, in the fields of medical devices and telecommunications. A further focus of his practice is the preparation of patent infringement and validity opinions in the course of freedom-to-operate analyses and due diligence projects.
