With a background in physics, ultrafast nonlinear optics and biophysical chemistry, Jasper advises clients from a broad range of technical areas. The focus of his work lies on patent and utility model prosecution, litigation and enforcement. Jasper Werhahn has extensive experience in patent prosecution, including the drafting of German, European and international patent applications. Jasper participated in a nine-year-long infringement complex which was recently successfully decided in the second round before the Federal Supreme Court in favor of one of the largest mobile phone providers in Germany.
