Hannah is a contentious intellectual property specialist with particular expertise in the life sciences sector. Hannah plays a central role as the lead associate in several high-profile pharmaceutical patent cases before the Irish Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. Her expertise extends to managing day-to-day operations in complex IP litigation, including patent disputes, trade mark infringement, and copyright licensing matters. She also advises clients on domain name dispute resolution and social media takedown requests.
