Dual qualified Czech & European Patent Attorney, a registered representative before the UPC (European Patent Litigator), and a European Design Attorney (EUIPO). I am a fully engaged IP professional having more than 10 years of experience working as an in-house patent counsel in the pharmaceutical industry, where I am involved in various IP aspects of the Generic & Value-Added Medicines development – now part of the IP team at Adalvo, a leading global B2B pharmaceutical company in Europe. Before that, I was part of the IP team at Zentiva for more than 6 years. Outside of my corporate role, I also practice as a solo practitioner in the Czech Republic (have co-founded IP duo in 2022) and was elected as a full member of the epi Litigation Committee for the term 2023-2026 for the Czech Republic. I also enjoy publishing articles on Kluwer Patent Blog and other IP journals.
