Tobias Wilcke

Working as a Counsel in our Intellectual Property Practice Group, I advise our German and multinational clients on a range of issues in IP law, focusing on patent and utility model law.

Advising our international clients on infringement proceedings before the German courts, I also assist in invalidity proceedings before the EPO, the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court. In addition, my work involves the coordination of complex multi-jurisdictional patent-related disputes.

Many of my cases involve mobile technology and electronics, from telecoms, video coding, memory standards and software-implemented inventions to issues in chip architecture. I also have in-depth experience in the pharma sector.
