Pascal Böhner Pascal Böhner’s practice focuses on trademark law, design law, unfair competition law, and copyright law. In trademark and design law, one of his focuses is on the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of IP rights in infringement, opposition, and nullity proceedings. In addition, Pascal Böhner has extensive experience in the strategic development and management of intellectual property portfolios, from prosecution strategy and ongoing portfolio maintenance to the valuation of IP portfolios. In competition law, Pascal Böhner advises primarily on issues of protection from imitation and advertising law, regularly including interfaces with regulatory requirements, for example in pharmaceutical law or food law. His other areas of practice include domain law. Pascal Böhner primarily counsels clients in WIPO arbitration proceedings, where he has also been active as a domain arbitrator (panelist) since 2025. Additionally, Pascal Böhner advises on licensing and antitrust matters as well as IT law. Ronja M. Schregle, Dr. jur. Ronja Schregle’s practice focuses on patent and trade secret litigation. She has special experience in national and cross-border patent infringement proceedings, the strategic protection of confidential information in litigation, and damages proceedings in the technology and life sciences sector. She regularly writes publications on current developments in her field and is a speaker at national and international conferences. Her professional expertise is rooted in her academic work at the Chair of Corporate and Intellectual Property Law at the Technical University of Munich and at the Institute for International Law at LMU Munich. She gained international experience, inter alia, at the Economic Department of the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York. Ronja Schregle advises clients in German, English, and Spanish. |

Martin Drews, Dr. jur. Dr. Martin Drews is an attorney-at-law who specializes in national and cross-border patent litigation. He represents clients in complex patent infringement and nullity proceedings before the Unified Patent Court, German courts as well as in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. His main areas of expertise are automotive, biotechnology, medical technology, and telecommunications. Marius Fischer, Dr. jur., M.Sc. (Physik) Marius Fischer combines extensive experience in both prosecution and litigation matters. Marius Fischer combines strong technical insight with in-depth knowledge of patent law. His technical background is rooted in his studies of physics and his work as a developer for a successful Munich-based start-up. He laid the foundation for his expertise in patent law even before he began working as a patent attorney, during his doctorate in law. Marius Fischer’s technical focus areas include electrical engineering, digital and information technology, and physics in general, with particular emphasis on telecommunications as well as audio and video coding. Siho Chang has a diverse academic background in electronics engineering, information communication, and law. Philipp Bovenkamp, Dr. rer. nat., M.Sc. Philipp Bovenkamp handles comprehensive patent prosecution proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office on behalf of our clients. His work further focuses on the analysis of intellectual property rights in the context of infringement and validity opinions and on handling complex patent infringement and invalidity proceedings before national courts and the Unified Patent Court on behalf of our clients.
