CWB’s Corporate Development and Integration (CDI) Office is pleased to announce the next phase of the group's international growth strategy, with plans to open seven new offices in the second half of 2026.
Building on CWB’s existing presence of 29 offices, this expansion marks a significant milestone in the group's continued development and will bring CWB’s footprint to 36 offices globally.
The new offices will include two in the Middle East, four in Sub-Saharan Africa, and one in Eastern Europe, further strengthening CWB’s ability to support clients, partners, and stakeholders through greater local presence, regional expertise, and on-the-ground capabilities. In parallel, the CDI Office continues to advance strategic growth opportunities that support CWB’s long-term expansion plans and broader international ambitions.
Commenting on this development, Group CEO Halim Shehadeh said: “This expansion marks an important milestone for CWB and reflects the strength of our long-term strategy. Growing from 29 to 36 offices is not only a measure of our expanding footprint, but also of our commitment to building stronger local presence, deeper regional partnerships, and greater value in the markets we serve.”
As CWB continues to evolve, the CDI Office remains focused on identifying and executing growth opportunities that strengthen the group’s international operating model, enhance its regional capabilities, and support sustainable long-term value creation. Further updates will be shared as the new offices become operational in the second half of 2026.
