IP practice specialisms
- Our teams are divided into specialized areas to better serve our clients. For instance, our patent department is divided into the Electronic/Mechanical Division and the Pharmaceutical/Chemical Division.
- We have a dedicated team that has actively participated in numerous projects under the National Program, which supports the development of enterprises' intellectual property. These projects aim to raise awareness and enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in both the domestic and international markets. Unfortunately, IP office and court disputes statistics are not publicly available in Vietnam. However, we estimate that the number of our cases is quite significant compared to other IP law firms in Vietnam.
