1975 was a milestone, not only did Saigon fall ending the Vietnam War, but it was also the year that Bill Gates and Paul Allen founded Microsoft; meanwhile, CorralRosales was born in Ecuador!
More than 40 years have passed since then, and the world has completely changed. CorralRosales has evolved to become a modern and avant-garde firm. It was founded by Francisco Rosales, among others, a year after leaving his position as Minister of Industries, Commerce and Integration. CorralRosales has lived a transformation that has taken it to the front line of the Ecuadorian legal market, becoming the preferred law-firm by the multinational companies in Ecuador.
During these 40+ years, CorralRosales has perfected its operation and knowledge refining internal processes which allow us to reach an outstanding level of quality and response times that address the needs of our most demanding international clients, with the support of the latest advances in technology. Our attorneys, many of whom have been trained abroad, have allowed us to integrate international know-how and to create a robust and modern culture focused on the client and contributing an added value to their businesses. All this has allowed us to reap important awards and recognitions from prestigious international directories, as well as the prestige before our clients as evidenced by our current portfolio.
CorralRosales’ trajectory shows a success story. It has achieved sustained growth since its foundation, international projection, and some of the most marked cases in the recent history of Ecuador. We attract talent, we have a reliable legal team and have incorporated professional profiles, such as engineers and chemists, creating a genuinely multidisciplinary team in response to the demands of our clients. We have offices in Quito and Guayaquil to provide our clients with more accessibility.
