Pakharenko & Partners IP and Law Firm was established in 1994 and has offices in Kyiv and London. Our plant variety practice is focused on a full spectrum of consultancy services related to all aspects of the protection of proprietary and non-proprietary rights to plant varieties, particularly plant breeders’ rights, including the preparation and filing of applications for such rights in Ukraine, registration of varieties in the Plant Variety Register following checks for suitability for distribution in Ukraine, post grant administrative procedures, particularly maintenance of registered varieties on the Register and others.

Being at the heart of both domestic and international intellectual property regime developments strengthens the firm’s ability to keep its clients continuously updated regarding any changes affecting their intellectual property rights.
