Auriane Schockaert

Intellectual property, as a vehicle to promote and protect innovation and creativity, is a most inspiring and challenging field, to which I was drawn from the very start of my studies in law.

This is why I am so enthusiastic about my work here, which focuses on trademark, patent and copyright litigation, as well as contract drafting.

Further, I also assist clients with questions regarding consumer and distribution law, with a particular focus on advice on promotional games and social media, unfair trade practice litigation and advice, as well as matters relating to exclusive and selective distributor agreements.

I completed my law studies at the UNamur and at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve and gained legal experience by conducting summer internships both with Bird & Bird LLP and another Brussels-based international law firm.

I am fluent in French, Dutch and English and have a good understanding of Italian.
