Her expertise extends to unfair business practices, company and auxiliary business names, domain name matters, marketing law, consumer protection regulations, and data privacy issues. Emilia has extensive experience in IPR-related disputes and administrative proceedings. She has authored multiple publications in her areas of expertise and is a regular speaker at industry events.
