Fabrice Bircker is a Trademark & Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He handles matters on protecting and defending the IP rights of clients in the energy and retail sectors. With large expertise in the sphere of the Internet, he is also a Domain Name Panelist before the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, and therefore decides domain names disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and also the ADR Expert procedure (i.e. the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure specifically implemented set up for ".fr " domain names). Fabrice is also a member of the "Future Digital Profession" (Avenir Profession Numérique) Commission before the French Institute of Patent & Trademark Attorneys (CNCPI). He participated in the founding and organization of a business club located at La Défense, a business district in Paris region. Prior to joining Plasseraud IP in 2017, Fabrice practiced in a French IP law firm during almost 15 years where he became partner in 2014. He represented the interests of a leading e-commerce company and of clients in the fashion, perfumery and health industries.
