Jason Chester

Jason acts for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from multinational companies to domestic start-ups and individuals to help protect, enforce and utilise brand assets in domestic and international markets. He aims to operate as an extension of his clients' businesses to provide strategic trade mark advice and solutions that align with their commercial goals and budgets. Jason advises on international brand clearance and filing strategies, non-traditional trade marks, trade mark prosecution, oppositions, cancellation actions, portfolio management and trade mark enforcement matters, amongst other things.

He regularly produces articles that appear in third party publications and has appeared live on BBC Radio Scotland and GB News to talk about matters relating to trade marks.
