Katharina Pehle

As partner in our international Intellectual Property Group based in Munich, I advise across the whole spectrum of patent and IP law, with a focus on patent litigation. I'm also a member of our Technology & Communications and Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector Groups.

I advise and represent our German and international clients before all the German patent infringement courts and the UPC. I have in-depth experience in international patent disputes. My sectors include telecommunications, electronics, engineering, and medical devices. I also advise in opposition and nullity proceedings. In addition, I work on contract matters and license issues.

Before joining our Munich office, I practiced patent litigation for several years at two large European and international law firms.
