For more than 20 years of professional practice Krystian has worked with Kulikowska & Kulikowski and a global law firm. His practice focuses on resolving disputes and enforcing protection in litigation relating to intellectual and industrial property in a wide range of cases, with particular focus on lifesciences and FMCG sectors. He represents clients before common and administrative courts, the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO, as well as arbitration courts. His advisory work involves drafting legal opinions and agreements as well as developing strategies of court disputes and of protecting intellectual and industrial property.
Krystian is also an active arbitrator at the Arbitration Court for Internet Domain Names at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, which is the leading Polish court resolving disputes concerning ccTLD .pl domains. His academic articles and popular law publications have appeared in both Polish and foreign magazines.
