Nora Fowler

Nora has experience handling a wide variety of trade mark matters and managing large worldwide IP portfolios. She advises on trade mark strategy, conducts clearance searches and prosecutes trade mark applications. Nora is experienced in handling contentious matters, including oppositions, cancellations and negotiating agreements. She also files design applications.

She provides commercially focused advice to a broad range of clients from start-ups to multi-national corporations in a variety of sectors, including the food and drink, sports, energy and health and beauty industries.

Nora studied Law with German Law and has worked in the field of trade marks in both the UK and Germany. She speaks fluent German and is always happy to speak to clients in either language.
