Sami Nusair

Sami Nusair joined Saba IP in 2006 and currently manages the Qatar Office. Prior to assuming this role, he managed the Oman Office.

He provides IP, legal, and strategic advice to clients based on best financial, taxation, and legal practices in Oman and the MENA region.

Before joining Saba IP, Sami worked in industrial and commercial institutions in Jordan and Qatar.

He holds a degree in law and is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). He is also appointed as an expert in trademark and copyright disputes before the Commercial Court of First Instance and the Appellate Court.
