She works with clients at both national and international levels, offering advisory services and representing them in litigation before courts and administrative authorities.
Theresa studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
Following her first state examination, she gained valuable experience in the legal department of one of Germany’s three largest media corporations.
She then completed her legal clerkship, which included placements at a leading international commercial law firm specializing in media law in Munich and an international full-service law firm in Lisbon, Portugal.
Since her admission to the bar in 2022, Theresa has specialized exclusively in intellectual property law. Before joining TEAL, she spent three years at a renowned IP boutique law firm in Munich, where she refined her expertise. She is a certified IP lawyer since 2025. In 2016, she founded her own surf lifestyle label.
Theresa maintains a robust international network in the field of intellectual property through her active memberships in GRUR and INT.
