Beatriz Pereira da Cruz

Beatriz Pereira da Cruz obtained a degree in law in 2017 from the Lisbon School of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal. She is a Portuguese Official Industrial Property Agent, joined J Pereira da Cruz in 2017 as a legal consultant and became a partner in 2019.

She started her IP professional life in 2017 while still at law school and currently works on opposition and revocation proceedings. She also provides legal advice, with particular focus on trademark disputes, and is actively involved in the anti-counterfeiting department.
