At Cronjé Inc we hold the firm belief that innovation in a free-market economy is the key to the prosperous development of Namibia. Accordingly, we seek to partner with clients who have businesses that fulfil a higher purpose in society.
We are highly cognisant our duty to give to those persons who are not as fortunate as we are. We believe that implementing social transformation in a strategic and coherent manner will give rise to greater opportunities, efficiencies, and benefits, for both the firm and society.
Environmental sustainability
As a professional-services firm, our environmental footprint is relatively limited. Even still, our firm takes steps to reduce that footprint.
As a law firm, we understand that we use large quantities of paper. In this regard, we attempt to maximize the purchase of sustainably certified paper, encourage efficient paper use, and attempt to recycle all used paper.
Charitable Works
We are committed to making a positive difference to the world. We address societal issues because it’s our responsibility, and because it improves the condition of the society in which we, our families, friends and clients live and do business.
We have identified the Church Alliance for Orphans Trust (CAFO) as an organisation that shares our values. CAFO is responsible for more than a hundred different projects throughout Namibia, including kindergartens, feeding schemes and soup kitchens.
We are actively involved with the affairs of CAFO. We provide financial and material contributions to CAFO. We further partner with CAFO to provide our services and guidance to CAFO on a pro bono basis. Since 2011, at least one of the attorneys at our firm has continually served as board members for CAFO.
Transformational Skills Development
We are committed towards ensuring our clients with service and expertise of an exceptional quality, and therefore we identify the best candidates possible, whilst continuously training our staff.
We attempt to employ young dynamic employees in whom we see long term potential. We actively develop skills in order to ensure that our clients receive optimal service. Cronjé Inc is dedicated to the process of transformation in Namibia and in pursuing this, only candidates who are suitably qualified and who display the requisite degree of potential are employed.
