Our expertise covers patent litigation cases which we are handling both before German infringement and nullity courts as well as before the Unified Patent Court. Furthermore, we have in depth knowledge and expertise in protecting luxury brands against counterfeits and illegal grey market activities. Besides, we handle unfair competition and trade secret infringement cases. Despite our focus on contentious matters, we also regularly handle non-contentious matters, such as licensing-, joint development and r&d agreements or IP due dilligences within venture capital and m&a transactions.
