Alvaro Arevalo

Lawyer from the University of Chile, Master in Business Law, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has degrees in New Technologies and Intellectual Property, as well as Telecommunications, both from the University of Chile.

He advises individuals and national and international companies in the areas of filing, contractual and judicial protection with extensive experience in the application and defense of copyrights trademarks, domain names, and patents.

He was president during the years 2019-2021 of the Copyright Committee of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI), and also national delegate in the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI) between 2021 and 2023, in which is current partner and a regular member in the Copyright Committe.
