Felicity focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution, counselling, enforcement, and litigation. In addition to assisting clients with the selection, clearance, prosecution, policing and enforcement of their trademarks, she negotiates and drafts a wide variety of intellectual property agreements.
Felicity has represented clients in UDRP domain name disputes and advises clients on take-down requests. Her work also includes assisting clients with social media disputes (such as Facebook and Instagram) and also YouTube disputes.
Felicity also has experience handling enforcement issues, including conducting legal research and preparing oppositions, statements of case, undertakings, and settlement agreements for trademark and copyright; drafting and sending cease-and-desist letters and other legal notices. Felicity is an experienced litigator and deals with intricate cross-border claims. She has led counterfeit operations and cancellation actions in Europe in addition to managing the prosecution side of the practice
