As an intellectual property lawyer, I am dedicated to supporting professionals in the creative industries.
As an associate at Vyskočil, Krošlák and Partners I have the opportunity to collaborate daily with film producers, music publishers, advertising agencies, artists, and creators.
My work involves especially negotiating and drafting contracts and providing legal opinions, as well as representing clients in court. I also assist clients in transactions and ongoing corporate governance, ensuring their ventures are both legally sound and strategically protected.
I am passionate about what I do because collaborating with talented individuals and seeing their visions come to life is both inspiring and rewarding for me.
Beyond my practice as an attorney-at-law, I am an assistant professor at the Faculty of Art and Design at the UJEP in Ústí nad Labem, where I teach law to art and design students. Academically, I am particularly interested in copyright law and new technologies, such as AI, and their regulation, especially in terms of their impact on the creative industries.
