Harald Röggla

I started my professional career in 1991 as software developer at Philips Electronics and moved into the IP department, after I made some inventions. For several years I worked as European patent attorney and head of IP for the Austrian IP department of Philips and then moved with NXP Semiconductors, when they were spun-off from Philips. After three years of licensing of IP for NXP, I moved into private practice at Schwarz&Partner Patentanwälte GmbH and became partner in 2011. Since then I support national and international companies in filing, prosecution and litigation of their IP assets.
