José Luis joined Uhthoff, Gómez Vega & Uhthoff, S.C. in 2006 and is currently a senior associate in the Firm's litigation and intellectual property protection department.
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has been practicing law for more than 25 years, specializing in administrative, criminal and intellectual property matters.
José Luis has participated in several academic forums giving lectures on various aspects of intellectual property, foreign trade and criminal law, as well as has published several articles in national and foreign publications such as Managing IP, World Trademark Review, IAM Patent, Latin Lawyer, Getting the Deal Through, etc., as well as the Mexico Chapter of the book "Global Patent Litigation, How and Where to Win" by BNA Bloomberg.
