Laura Cantero

Laura's practice covers all aspects of IP law, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and other related fields such as unfair competition. Specialized in IP litigation, and especially in patent litigation, she regularly provides counselling in all of these areas for national and international clients in a wide range of sectors.

Before beginning her legal practice as a lawyer, she worked for two years at the Foundation Genoma España for the Development of Genomic and Proteomic Research, where she had the opportunity to get first-hand knowledge of the support needs of the research groups, centers and networks in biotechnology and of biotechnology companies.

She also lectured at Master’s Degree courses on copyrights and IT law.
