Further, I have extensive experience with complex settlements of copyrights and personality rights, primarily for clients in the Tech & Comms, Media, and Entertainment industries.
Being admitted to practice law in the Czech Republic and Florida, I focus on projects with global reach where I leverage my knowledge of both EU and US legal systems. I have been involved in numerous cross-border contract negotiations and have coordinated several multi-jurisdictional trademark disputes. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in law offices in Prague and Miami in teams specialising in IP/IT as well as M&A, Corporate, and Commercial law.
