Natasza is a solicitor and Lead Legal Counsel at Vodafone Group Plc leading the Brand Legal team, and is responsible for all intellectual property matters relating to the Vodafone brand globally including overseeing clearance of product names, devising global trade mark filing strategies, handling intellectual property litigation matters worldwide, brand protection/enforcement and licensing. Specifically, Natasza manages the brand licenses for Vodafone Group Plc with an annual revenue of over €700m.
Natasza provides advice on Vodafone’s commercial activities including global advertising campaigns, sponsorship, photography and social media for example, Vodafone’s sponsorship of Porsche in Formula E.
Additionally, Natasza is the lead IP on key M&A transactions for Vodafone most recently the Three UK & Three UK merger and the sale of Vodafone Hungary worth €1.7bn.
