Nicole Haworth

Nicole Haworth is a Senior Associate at Adams & Adams and obtained her LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2009 and her LLM degree from the University of Pretoria in 2015. She specialises in the enforcement of intellectual property rights – in particular, trade mark and copyright litigation, domain name disputes, corporate name objections, ASA disputes, passing off, unlawful competition matters and commercial litigation.
