Patrick Kartes

Patrick is an intellectual property attorney. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and portfolio management, freedom-to-operate investigations, and client counseling. He represents clients from the consumer products, retail, and manufacturing industries, and has an extensive background working with mechanical, electrical, and software technologies.

Patrick’s experience in intellectual property matters earned him recognition as the 2023 Patent Law Lawyer of the Year in Charlotte from The Best Lawyers in America™.
