Rosario is an IP lawyer with over 23 years of experience. During her professional career, she has been part of different firms and legal advisors of entities, such as the Marketing and Expansion Legal Department of the Real Madrid C.F. Rosario was also a Managing Director of Markalia Ibérica SL, a pioneer entity in Spain for the purchase and sale of trademarks and registered domains.

In 2001, she joined ClarkeModet, where she has held different management positions related to IP Consulting, Business development and legal advice, Legal Services Manager and until her appointment as Legal Services Director in Spain, a position she currently holds. Rosario is an expert in defining the protection strategy for the creations and inventions of the firm’s main clients. Likewise, she is in charge of the preparation of reports and legal opinions, extrajudicial requirements and negotiations, civil and criminal actions.

Multidisciplinary profile with the ability to provide innovative legal solutions to clients, promoting the integral management of IP rights and trade secret from its creation, protection, exploitation and defense.

Wealth of experience working with businesses intensive in research and technology and whose intellectual property has a great value. Provide a full range of intellectual property legal advice and support to the clients; defining strategies for the protection and exploitation of IP rights portfolios; Advising on negotiations and technology transfer, collaborative innovation project, drawing up to contracts (NDA; MTA, R&D, Consortium, licenses ….) and also drawing due diligence report, FTO reports. Intense activity related to advising on a new online business model. Develop of digital content licenses. Defense of trademarks and domain names in the offline and digital markets.

Great commitment to the promotion of IP knowledge, collaborates on a continuous basis with universities, research centers and other public bodies, as well as with companies, teaching conferences, courses and master's degrees about a variety of IP.
