Sarah is a litigator, specialising in intellectual property disputes with over 10 years experience. Sarah has acted in some of the most high profile Irish patent, trade mark and passing off proceedings to come before the Irish Courts. Sarah has particular expertise in acting for pharmaceutical clients having acted in a number of precedent setting multi-jurisdictional patent revocation and infringement actions.

In addition to her contentious experience Sarah also advises clients on brand management and is a registered Trade Mark Agent.
