I'm Partner at L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, head of the Intellectual Property department and of the Life Science team.
I have an extensive experience in the management of complex cases for Italian and international clients, both regarding litigation and out-of-court cases, in the field of intellectual property (with particular focus on patents in all sectors, know-how, trademarks, design, copyright), unfair competition, unfair commercial practises, misleading and comparative advertising, civil and commercial law, in a large variety of sectors, including life science, energy, electronics, automotive mechanical, telecommunication, software and artificial intelligence, fashion and luxury goods, food and beverage.
In particular, in out-of-court proceedings, I regularly assist clients in the ordinary management of their business activities, as well as in extraordinary transactions that involve IP rights (also in private equity and venture capital contexts) and in all phases of the technology transfer process of knowledge and innovations from research to the market, also through the creation of start-ups, spin-offs or strategic alliances, drafting and negotiating all relevant agreements (such as license, assignement and option agreements, R&D, MTA, DTA, clinical trials, software agreements and IT, maintenance, outsourcing, disruptive technologies, pre-clearance advertising, etc.).
In litigation contexts, I have extensive experience in complex and high-profile proceedings, even across multiple jurisdictions, before the Italian judicial authorities, industry authorities and in arbitration sessions. Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, I worked for several years at leading Italian and international law firms (Vanzetti e Associati, Lombardi e Associati, BonelliErede).
