Zsófia Judit Halmágyi

Zsófia’s professional experience in intellectual property is highly versatile, being gained and consolidated during roles in international and leading local law firms, assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights domestically and worldwide.

Her main areas of expertise are administration of large IP rights portfolios, recordal of changes in ownership, trademark prosecution and trademark clearance searches.

She has managed large recordal projects simultaneously in several jurisdictions, complying with legal and country-specific requirements and conforming to the clients’ needs.

She is a member of the Romanian National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys, licensed as a Trademark Attorney since 2017 and as a Design Attorney since 2023.
