Eisenführ Speiser is strengthening its team with five patent attorneys at both partner and associate level, thereby supplementing its capacities in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry and pharmaceuticals. The two partners Dr André Guder and Dr Martin Nohlen are moving from the renowned law firm Uexküll & Stolberg together with the associates Dr Hanna Pieper, Dr Nils Lindenmaier and Dr Johannes Heidemann and will be working at Eisenführ Speiser's Hamburg and Munich offices.
André Guder practises in the fields of life sciences, biotechnology, cosmetics, food technology and pharmacology. One focus of his work is strategic portfolio consulting as well as conducting patent prosecution, opposition and appeal proceedings. He also has special expertise in the field of supplementary protection certificates.
As a chemist, Martin Nohlen has a particular focus on polymer and catalyst technology, fine chemicals, oil and fuel additive technology, fuel cells, CO2 reduction technologies, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. He is particularly active in opposition and appeal proceedings for clients from the Anglo-American region. André Guder and Martin Nohlen will continue their work at Eisenführ Speiser as partners at the Hamburg office with their team from 01 November 2024 / 01 January 2025.
Hanna Pieper, Nils Lindenmaier and Johannes Heidemann specialise in German and international patent grant proceedings, oppositions and nullity proceedings as well as the preparation of legal opinions in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals and life sciences. They will work as associates at Eisenführ Speiser - Nils Lindenmaier at the Munich office, Hanna Pieper and Johannes Heidemann at the Hamburg office.
