Case studies show that the firm assisted the client's global investment company which has played an instrumental role in diversifying Dubai's economy on the unauthorised use of its Ain Dubai attraction in advertising of third-party brands through light shows and drone shows conducted at the site. 

Case studies show that the firm assisted the client, a leading brand in the boutique hotels/hospitality sector concerning infringing use of its HOUSE HOTEL brand in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Specifically, they had to engage with infringing use relative to a hotel management and licensing agreement which had been terminated. This included sending a cease-and-desist letter and initiating a trade name complaint before the Court.
