Patent and antitrust litigator Peter Chrocziel left the firm in December 2021 to set up his own firm while Alexander Haertel left the firm in October 2022 for an in-house role. In January 2023, the firm welcomed patent litigators Tobias Wuttke, Volkmar Henke and Tilman Müller as partners in the firm. Henke and Müller, who specialise in communications technology patent disputes, were previously with Eisenführ Speiser.
