"A professional team."
"They go very deep into the matter with a very sceptical approach, which has proven to be a winning approach. We are going in the right direction with the legislation."
"We have a very good working relationship with the team."
"They are always a pleasure to work with. Their general attitude and the way they work with each other is noticeably different to other firms. They adapt their advice and the way they relay information depending on who in the business they are talking to. This is vital for us because we operate in five different jurisdictions, we need our lawyers to provide advice to us (as in-house lawyers) but also communicate it in the correct way when dealing with other internal teams that do not have a legal background. They provide clear commercial advice. It is nearly impossible to find lawyers that keep responses concise and appreciate the reality of running a business. We require straightforward advice that can be implemented within the business within a short period of time. Bristows does just that. They work with us to ensure we get the best possible service and advice at fees that work with our budgets. They stick to budgets and always take on board feedback. "
"The team at Bristows is highly skilled and has extensive experience handling very complex patent litigation matters. The Bristows team is very service-minded and is always able to assist when needed. You always get the feeling that you are top of mind when working with Bristows."
"They are hands-on, very responsive, and have a very deep knowledge of case law and provide strategic views."
"They are very available and easy to work with. Extremely well coordinated and one of the best IP firms that I have worked with."
"They are very professional and at the same time pleasant and considerate."
"They are very responsive, cooperative, creative and also fun to work with."
"They provide timely, helpful, pragmatic and cost-effective advice."
"Very competent and good service."
"Great litigation experience."
"I have experience of working with all of the major patent litigation firms in the UK, and in my view Bristows is right up there with the best of them. Their litigators are very bright and motivated, and they have some very experienced partners. Importantly they are sensible, which cannot be said for all patent litigators. And they are also very personable and easy to work with."
