Founded in 1992, Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law provides intellectual property services including patents, trade marks, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition, licensing, counselling services, and IP litigation and transactions. The firm’s sectoral expertise covers mechanics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and computer technology.

Founding partner C F Tsai leads the firm’s litigation practice. Another notable patent practitioner is vice-president Yu-Li Tsai, who deals with protection and disputes work. He also passed the China Patent Agent Examination, China’s patent bar qualification.

Partners C F Tsai, Yu-Li Tsai and Lu-Fa Tsai have represented Taiwanese microwave component designer and manufacturer Cirocomm Technology Corp in patent infringement against three infringers.
