Boutique IP firm Havard Duclos & Associés was founded in September 2022 by soft IP lawyer Sophie Havard Duclos, who specialises in trade mark work. Duclos is supported by her previous junior colleagues including Constance Percevaux and Pauline Casanova, who are now partners in her firm.
