The group’s patent clients come from a variety of industry sectors such as electronics, e-commerce and pharmaceuticals. 

Editha Hechanova is the president and the managing partner of the firm. She is a market leader in IP disputes, also oversees trade mark and patent prosecutions, and other non-contentiousmatters. Another key partner is Gladys Vilchez, who handles IP prosecution and enforcement, counselling, litigation and mediation cases

Patent

One highlight shows the team handling a patent infringement litigation for the Avante Corporation Limited.The team is also active in filing and prosecution work, clients include the Angel Group and Incyte Corporation. 

The team welcomed Misael Costes and Christina Molinoto strengthen the patent department in 2021.
