The firm strengthened its team in 2022 and 2023. In July 2023, the firm announced the arrival of software and fintech patent specialist David Easwaran as a partner in its Charlotte office. Easwaran brought with him a team of six patent agents and technical specialists from Womble Bond Dickinson. His team will be spread across the firm's offices in Boston, Charlotte, and Washington, D.C.  The firm also hired IP partner Ryan Keech in Los Angeles and counsel Shu Chen in Washington, D.C in 2023. In 2022, partners Hannah Koyfman and David Lu and their patent team joined the firm's Boston office while Collin Rose joined the Houston office.
