Lexsential established its IP practice in 2024 by hiring a large team of IP lawyers led by partners Vincenzo Jandoli, Vincenzo Piccarreta and Agata Sobol. Other notable senior IP lawyers who joined the firm are Giuseppe Colica, a salaried partner, and Gianluca Pojaghi, who serves as Of Counsel. They brought along associates Sofia Bernardini, Dario Palmas and Andrea Mocchi Valdo. They were previously with Franzosi Dal Negro Setti.

Bernardini was ranked in the 2023 edition of Managing IP's Rising Stars publication.
