Assorted instructions involved a counterfeiting case for the music industry before the Cantonal Court of Bern and Swiss Supreme Court. It also achieved copyright protection on applied art.  

The firm represented Bayer in PI proceedings and infringement on the merits before the Swiss Federal Patent Court. It also acted for Bristol-Myers Squibb Holdings Ireland on the famous apixaban cases.
